To register for this conference, please complete both the InfoToday 2008 Registration Form and the NELINET Payment Form.

Please FAX or MAIL both forms, DO NOT DO ONLINE REGISTRATION. For NELINET discount, you must do the faxable registration.

Registration Deadline

To receive the NELINET discount, registrations must be received no later than Monday, September 22, 2008.

No refunds or cancellations can be made after September 26, 2008. Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be issued before the cancellation date. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 1:00 p.m. on September 26, 2008. Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the conference.

Travel/Hotel Information

The Internet Librarian conference has arranged for room blocks at the Monterey Marriott and the Portola Plaza Hotel. The Monterey Marriott is offering a discounted rate of $195 and the Portola Plaza Hotel is offering a discounted rate of $189. These rates are only given to conference attendees who book reservations before Friday, September 19, 2008. Remember to identify yourself as part of the Internet Librarian group when making your reservation. Room blocks are subject to availability, and therefore are not guaranteed. So, please book early!
